Tortoise Time – Delray Beach

Come to Sandoway Discovery Center in Delray Beach and meet the Center’s resident tortoises, Maggie and Gary! Discover the unique traits that distinguish tortoises from other turtles and learn about the crucial role gopher tortoises play in Florida's ecosystem. The session is designed for young children and features a hands-on activity where kids will craft their own tortoises! Registration required. General admission: $12 per child and $10 per accompanying adult. Member children are $2 and adults are free.
