Philharmonia No. 3 – Boca Raton

Spend a special evening at the Wold Performing Arts Center at Lynn University in Boca Raton listening to “Adagio for Strings” by Samuel Barber, “Violin Concerto No. 1 in G Minor,” op. 26 by Max Bruch and “Symphony No. 1 in C Minor,” op. 68 by Johannes Brahms. The concert will be conducted by Jon Robertson and features Andres Cardenes, distinguished artist-in-residence-violin. Arrive 40 minutes early and enjoy a student piano performance, concessions for purchase and mingling with other concert goers. Tickets are $35 and $50 per person based on seating. Saturday, 7:30 p.m.; Sunday, 3 Each performance is about 1-1.5 hours long.
