In honor of Black History Month, join Cape Universal at the Old School
Square Amphitheatre in Delray Beach for the 2nd Annual Multicultural Youth Arts
Festival! Enjoy live bands, dancing, singing, drumming and spoken word
presentations. There will also be prizes awarded to K-12 students who submitted
their works of art, as well as students who submitted a business plan as part of
the entrepreneurship competition.
