Family Fun Day: Chitose Ame Bag - Delray Beach

Shichi-go-san (a holiday in Japan celebrated on November 15^th) means 7-5-3. It is a day to celebrate children those ages by visiting a shrine and praying for their continued health and happiness. Chitose ame are long pink and white candy sticks given to the children, so they have a long and sweet life. These are carried in special bags. Make your own chitose ame bag at the Morikami Museum in Delray Beach on this special day! This is a drop-in class and runs all afternoon. Free with paid admission.
