Cooking with Veggie Vera – Delray Beach

Enjoy a conscious cooking class with children's author & educator Veronica Green at the Delray Beach Children’s Garden! Young chefs will create their delicious meals while learning about the nutritional benefits of plant-based foods. This introductory cooking class will help children become mindful of the garden-to-table process and strengthen their connection to the Earth. All ingredients will be vegan and nut-free. Parents must be on site. Younger siblings, ages 1-3, can enjoy a Garden Play Pass for $8 each to play but they will not have access to the class.
